1. Contact Nitro Support via the email address
below. Explain your problem in detail with pictures if possible
and you will get a response within 24 hours. You will either be
contacted with a request for more information or issued a return
authorization number if it appears your engine is indeed under
warranty.
2. All engines sent in for warranty or repair work will need a
RA (return authorization number) which must be clearly visible
on the outside of the box. The engine must have included a
detailed letter explaining the problem along with a copy of the
purchase receipt, phone number and email address. Engines can
not be sent in for work or warranty with out first getting an RA
number via email.
Any engines that show up with out RA number on outside of box
will be returned to sender unopened.
3. Any engine deemed not under warranty (for instance, normal
wear, misuse, bad fuel etc) can either be repaired at the rate
of $20.00 per hour and cost of parts, or returned to the sender
untouched. In both cases shipping will be paid by sender via
credit card (Master, Visa or Discovery).
4. All repairs are prepaid. You will be advised of cost to
repair and ship back your engine before any work is done.
5. Non-warranty returned Engines will be disposed of after 30
days if return shipping is not paid for.
6. All engines will be returned USPS, insured, signature
required.
